Even though we had a challenging year, the mood is somewhat different. People are now more upbeat, more focused, and more determined to embrace change and carry on moving forward. This determination fuelled the desire to focus on self-development and continuing education.

Proudly delivering amazing results

We have seen a marked increase in learners joining our courses this year from all over South Africa. From entry level logistics courses to our globally recognised certification offerings – we achieved our best throughput rates ever. The Procurement & Logistics Academy firmly confirmed and consolidated its position as the largest and best provider of APICS certifications in South Africa.

Walking the journey with our learners

With regular weekly virtual classes, learners have enjoyed the benefits of a tried-and-tested course structure and training methodology. Our facilitators and The Procurement & Logistics Academy team were always on hand to monitor, support and guide our learners through their learning journey.

Growing our supply chain community

Growing our supply chain community has been a huge focus, whether within the classroom where learners are able to network with fellow procurement and supply chain professionals, or outside of the classroom. We recently launched our “In conversation” free live supply chain webinar series, where industry experts discuss supply chain related topics. Recent webinars include Supply Chain Risk, Skills Gap within the Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning.

As we bid farewell to 2021 and welcome 2022, The Procurement & Logistics Academy team leave you with this:

“Success is where preparation and opportunity meet.”
